Barnaby Ash, the fashion editor of Shortlist magazine. Lovely guy.
Sir Paul Smith. The happiest fashion designer on the planet.
Sass & Bide…talented London Fashion Week design-duo.
Laura Bailey. A beauty with an incredible sense of style. A writer/model who blogs for UK Vogue. Always dressed in something elegant yet edgy, something I really admire…pulling off both looks.
Daniel Lismore. One of the most outrageous dressers in fashion. One of those people as well…hard to pinpoint. At the moment I believe Daniel is mostly involved in events, most recently he was involved in Sorapol’s show as well as Vivienne Westwood’s eco event. A Lee Bowery’esque persona. A self-dubbed “social chemist” if you will.
Jade Parfitt, British model. Frequent visitor of London Fashion Week. They love her at Vogue, so if you google her you’ll get a good bio on Vogue.co.uk. Really lovely in person, a philanthropist…
Phoebe Arnold, fashion editor/stylist for Ponystep magazine. I don’t know her personally, so will leave it at that.
Melanie Rickey has a blog called “Fashion Editor at Large” and of course she is the Fashion Editor at Large of Grazia magazine. I stopped her for a photo when I spotted a pair of Maria Grachvogel’s “magic pants” I aspire to own a pair one day as they slim the thighs and lengthen the leg, plus each print is a work of art. Anyway, Melanie looked stunning in them and complimented me on spotting the brand, but how could I not? Google Melanie’s blog, she’s very interesting and a lovely person.
Justin Smith Esquire - milliner. Said the only reason he was posing for me here was because I was from Vogue Italia. Well cheers. Now you’re here Justin, all because my friend the fashion writer Lisa Jordan said: “Oh I love Justin Smith Esquire” when she was flicking through my fashion week photos. You sure can wear the s out of that denim Justin. Nice hat too ;)
